As for today : Best way to learn skills of coaching is to implement the models on a 4-5 year old kid. Try to reason him out on any preconcieved thought.... the only way is to ask her questions and try exploring the options. A good way of practicing the ORID process.

The brain wave of creating a blog came in when actually I was trying to look for the ID of the blog of one of my freind. May be this might be the only visit to the blog.... But still since I have created this block, I will write a few lines abt me. I am an Indian, a graduate in Engineering and Post graduate in management. Working with one of the world's most respected company. Johnson and Johnson.
I am a guy interested in anything and every thing which can be unpredictable, because, life is a wonderful gift by god full of surprises and gifts, all you need to do is to go ahead and unfold them. As of now few of my top of mind recalls which I have tried to unfold are sports, (Cricket, Hockey, swimming, Squash and Table tennis, Poetry, Ghazals, Dramatics Mimickery and Astrology....

It is difficult to be a loner in life and probably the concepts extend to the web world also, I am finding it quite foolish to keep on writing some crap, and cram the already flooded databases of all the servers of this world... so wld love to speak to any of you.. out there if you want....
